Q:What size should I get?

A:It's simple, S-M equals to a 30-35 inch waist size. L-XL equals to a 35-40 inch waist size. If neither size quite works for you then let us know and we'll work to accommodate a size to you. We really love your feedback, comments, & suggestions!

Q:What do I pair the belts with?

A:Khakis and chinos are a no brainer. Suiting works well with the silk belts as a tie replacement. Corduroy and slim denim trousers work well with both silk & wool belts, so just about any type of pant you have!  

Q:Where are your belts made?

A:Our fabric belts are handmade in New York City from imported Italian fabrics and fully casted gold plated O-rings.

 

Q:What is your return policy?

A:Our return policy is outlined here. However if something isn't to your liking please email us at mustonandco@gmail.com, and we'll work to fix it. We really love your feedback, comments, & suggestions!

Q:How long does it take for a return to be processed?

A:We ask to allow 10 days before a return is fully processed & refunded. 

Q:How do the belts ship?

A:The belts are shipped via USPS with three different shipping options:

  • Priority Mail (1-3 days)
  • Standard Post (2-8 days) FREE
  • Priority Mail Express (Overnight)
  • Priority Mail International (6-10 days) - all international shipments

FOR US SHIPPING: shipping rates are calculated directly from USPS and vary slightly depending on location. All orders are shipped from Brooklyn, NY.

FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: there is a flat rate shipping fee of $23.50 for all international orders. 

Q:Do I need to pay sales tax?

A:Only residents of New York state are required to pay sales tax. Residents of all other states do not need to pay sales tax. 

Q:Do you ship internationally?

A:YES, We do ship internationally. All international shipments have a flat rate shipping fee of $23.50.

Q:How long does it take to ship after I've placed my order?

A:We ask you give us 1 business day to process your order before we ship. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking number once the shipment is en route.
